‘Strong’ and ‘confident’ describe the start to the year’s international events for the organic foodstuffs and natural and organic personal care sector. The focus was on variety, networking and professional interaction, and the highly topical Congress theme of “Organic – Food Sovereignty – True Prices”
With the carefully supporting and preparation in communication as well as the skills to attend the Fair and trade promotion networking from Vietnam Organic Agricultural Association and the Biotrade project that funded by the Swiss Federal Economic Service (SECO) and implemented by the Center for Rural Development Economics – CRED, the Vietnam hall has attracted more than 500 trade visitors, in which had dozens of in-depth discussions and set appointments to visit raw material areas in Vietnam.
With a total of 124 professionally polished individual sessions and high-calibre participants, attracted almost 8,000 delegates and once again proved to be a forward-looking forum for the sector. In addition to the keynote theme of “Organic. Food Sovereignty. True Prices”, the focus was also on questions of current market developments and trends, as well as the political and legal framework. The session on the international market situation, “Global Organic Market Overview”, as part of the BIOFACH Forum, drew the highest attendance in 2023 with 242 participants.
