Capacity building for business partners

The Biotrade SECO project is currently collaborating with Vietnam Insight’s export and trade experts to understand the needs and support enterprises to improve business and export efficiency in the natural materials industry, with the participation of our key partners of VietPepper, Hagimex, DACE, Luong Quoi, etc. The following are the main responsibilities of the experts in this activity:

• Analyze current business and export processes of each enterprise
• Find out the weaknesses that cause waste of resources and inefficiencies
• Propose an improvement plan, including a budget estimate and personnel to be involved

In October 2021, enterprises participating in the survey will provide information on their export business processes, and participate in interviews with the experts to jointly analyze the current situation, then make initial recommendations on improvement plans to overcome in efficiencies.

After the experts complete the work, each business will receive a separate analysis report. This report helps businesses build their own plans to improve employee capacity and improve internal processes. The Biotrade project will consider partial support to create positive changes for businesses.

The Regional Biotrade Project – phase II (Biotrade SECO) is supporting export-oriented businesses with sustainable products that meet international standards in the natural ingredients industry in Vietnam. The project is funded by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs – SECO and implemented by Center of Rural Economic Development – CRED in Vietnam.
