A sustainable business and production model transformation plan is established to specify the activities that need to be carried out to successfully transform the sustainable business and production model that the enterprise has decided to choose based on the results of the feasibility assessment.

Prepare a tentative plan

The implementation plan is drafted with contents including implementation steps, job title, implementation content, completion time, required resources, key personnel, and expected results. Opinion achieved

Discussion and consensus

The draft implementation plan is discussed and comments are collected from relevant departments to unify the content to suit the reality and related requirements.

Submitting the plan for approval

The plan, after being discussed and agreed upon, is submitted to the business Board of Directors for approval

SACHSTEA Joint Stock Company cooperates with 49 farmers growing Shan Tuyet Tea in the mountainous areas of Bang Phuc, Cho Don, Bac Kan. Based on the feasibility assessment and advice from CRED, SACHSTEA has planned to convert its production and trading model to US USDA organic standards with a 3-month roadmap (from June to September 2023 – because the raw material area in Bang Phuc is not contaminated with chemicals, the conversion time is shorter than usual). The conversion process was successfully implemented as expected when SACHSTEA was assessed and granted an organic certificate by Control Union Vietnam in October 2023. The appropriate model conversion plan has helped SACHSTEA promptly obtain the certificate and participate in the FoodExpo 2023 fair event with the Biotrade project. Through model transformation and trade fair participation, SACHSTEA has promoted its products to consumers and has had potential customers approach to discuss future contracts.
