Operational capacity needs to be built systematically, with a roadmap, suitable for each (group of) subjects and meeting the requirements of the applicable standards to bring about effective transformation from the beginning.

Operational capacity building must be designed and implemented in accordance with reality, for the right subjects, at the right time and ensuring that it meets relevant requirements

With extensive consulting experience, CRED experts will design and implement the construction of operational capacity for sustainable production and trade models according to the following steps

STEP
1
Unify the roadmap for building operational capacity

Through a detailed training program that ensures clear expression of objectives, objects, forms, timing, and appropriate duration.

2
Design training materials

Based on feasibility assessment results, actual needs, and standards requirements with content sections that are clearly structured, sequential, and intuitive

3
Implement training

Ensure appropriate knowledge is conveyed and trainees acquire and apply it effectively.

4
Report on training results

Prepared with specific information on the practicality of the program, the appropriateness of training materials, and the effectiveness of trainees’ learning compared to the requirements of the standards

Building the capacity to operate a sustainable production and trade model through appropriate training helps businesses fully equip relevant personnel with initial knowledge and thereby correctly understand and apply standards effectively.

The Union for Ethical BioTrade (UEBT) standard is one of the sustainable standards that many businesses in the spice industry are interested in and want to implement, especially SMEs.

PHUC THINH EXPORT IMPORT INVESTMENT CORPORATION (PTEXIM) has certified organic for its 78ha cinnamon raw material area and wishes to apply and certify the UEBT standard to meet new customer needs. By using CRED’s services, PTEXIM’s staff and related parties including farmers, Binh An Cooperative and Phuc Long Cinnamon Processing Factory (subcontractor) have been built with the capacity to operate a sustainable cinnamon production and business model according to UEBT standards. This has contributed significantly to PTEXIM’s successful registration and certification of the UEBT standard and opened up opportunities to reach new customer groups in the European region based on the UEBT member and partner network
